It's a good deal but it never went away, they have been selling these at these prices for several months now.
They also have 100 x verbatim CDR at £9.00.

Yes, I was going to say the same. Maybe not 'several' months, but this deal was last posted in Dec and it's been ongoing since then. All branches seem to have a mix of made in China, India or Taiwan packs. The Taiwanese discs seem the safest bet.

I went to three different Saindburys a few weeks ago looking for the Taiwan make DVDs, and could only find those made in China and India.

Finished up buying the ones from China.

As already said, been on for ages. Still worthy of a reminder and still a hot price.

I am not too sure why people worry about where these are made TBH, I have used 100's of these discs and have yet to have a failure or one fail after burning. I have no idea where mine were made I never bothered to look but I have been buying these from Sainsburys for over 12 months at special prices.

£12 at asda so shows how cheap you can get them for else ware
I use them and never had a coaster off them

Funny enough I just checked the 3 unopened cake-boxes of these discs and strangely I the 3 countries you list above on them (one from each)!
