Wow, this is a really good price. Worth it as a good back up as believe me it's painful when your hard drive fails - don't put all your eggs in one basket :o(

Good find! Heat added. :)
smoking hot deal, anyone know if this would work for wii?

Not sure, quite new and I don't know if the compatibility lists are updated still. Should work though as it's backwards compatible with usb 2.0.
Good price, all I need now is a couple of USB3 PCI cards for the puters!
bargain, must grab one. cheers.

The model Verbatim 47661 includes the PCIe (2 x USB 3.0) card - but it's quite a bit more expensive... probably better to get the PCIe card separately.

this one is obviously cheaper - some people will have reasons for saying this one is better and some people would have reasons for saying the WD one is better

I have one of these and I am happy with it - the speed is fantastic on USB3, but I am sure I would be just as happy with the WD one

That's USB 2.0. OP has posted USB 3.0 hdd.
Its the on/off switch that makes the verbatims great.
Mind though that there might be a potential problem with silent data loss:
