  I've hired a van from these guys before and got a very good service at the time, no real problems apart from that excess. But because I was careful and returned the vehicle with no damage nothing was taken from it.
  
  With that in mind that you should make sure that you check the vehicle thoroughly (for any damage) before and after you hire the car, to make sure that there cannot be any additional charges applied to yourself or removed from that excess.

  the excess can be reduced, and there is no deposit like with some!.
