So have been to two Audi dealers:

Audi Norwich; they said that it was 19% cheaper then what can be offered and they couldn't get close to it.
Audi Kings Lynn; three days ago I asked them, and am still waiting for them to get back to me. I assume that as they haven't bothered to get back to me that they can't get close to the figure.

Could only find it at one other site:

nationalvehiclesolutions: over 2 years is £9703.58 + £199.99 admin fee
This is clearly a hot deal as this works out at £8320.
Please do, still debating whether to bite the bullet
I've asked my Audi dealer to beat this. Will post back.

I nearly went for one of these. However changed my mind at last minute. They wanted two services at Audi and the car returning with half tread which I thought was unheard of. So you would need to buy a set of tyres to. They do this so it makes you pay for maintenance which ups the monthly payments.
Where did you see this stated?
I didn't see it in writing it's what all car leasing com told me when I was going to sign up without paying the maintenance. I leased a golf and it was one service and tyres were OK above legal minimum

Was it potentially just scare mongering from the lease company to get you to sign up for the maintenance? I am currently looking to sign up for an S3 and don't see why the wear & tear terms would differ between this and a golf particularly if they are all using the BVRLA guide to fair wear & tear unless there was something explicitly stated in the contract regarding half tread etc.

I'm not sure, I only got past the finance check and then he mentioned it's best going for maintenance at an extra £19 per month from memory. Felt like the deal just was to expensive after adding stronic, metallic then maintenance as well also the excess mileage was 14pence. It will be a excellent car no doubt about it but probably have the same fun in golf or my case went for cupra. Let me know what happens with it for future reference

To put this in perspective, this is only £3.58 per month more than the current cheapest 3+23 deal on a Golf R 3Dr DSG. The golf has previously been £40 a month cheaper so I would say for the facelift S3 this is a great price.
Not too sure this feels like a good price? £1k less id probably start saying yes but its solid paint, 8k miles and probably about what it would depreciate in same time period.
