Seriously, why do some people always make that error?
I've bought ones before that were cheap but had good reviews, and the quality was horrible. Ghosting and blurred image. The ones you always get in the box (the blue end ones) always give the best quality for me so cold, sorry.

I have an old laptop I use to hooking to a big TV. Seems to be the easiest, most cot effective way to get the display on the bigger screen. I've been using the svga which came with an old 15" dell monitor I have lying around but I've been looking at trading it in in the dell recycle scheme to get money off a new display. If this lead is rubbish i'll just ship it off with the dell monitor and keep the good one. :)
I do.
Main monitor = DVI
Secondary monitor = VGA
Girlfriend still uses VGA on the rare occasion she wants to connect her laptop up to the TV.
But a few people have already mentioned, cheapo analog (which VGA is - see also, SCART) cables are more prone to problems than cheapo digital ones. Bad internal shielding will result in crosstalk, ghosting, blur ... etc etc. The one I have is a decent one so I'm sticking with it!
Although, just because it's cheap it doesn't mean it's worth buying.
Reading the reviews this looks like a crappy quality cable that should be avoided even at this price. As it's an analogue cable, the quality of the cable does make a difference to the quality of the picture. So you'd be better off spending a bit more and buying a decent cable.
