Does anyone know if they are any good?
I have had the same ceramic ones for 2 years now and they no longer work on my hair, just make it frizzy...I don't know if that's because my hair just got used to them or if the ceramics 'run out' after a while etc...would buying these crystal ones make work or would they just have the same effect as my ceramics now do? hmm..

Thanks if anyone knows what I am blabbering on about and can help :)

Im looking for the "thin" version or "narrow"? Fix my frizzy red hair! Anyone know if theres any deal for this kind of thing?

Do you use spray/serum/any other protective gloop? All said, i don't think many straigheners other than megabucks GHD's last for more than a couple of years - at this price you can replace them annually:)

hey,
just tested mine and got them up to 197 oC, though my info booklet states
"the LCD shows a total of 9 straight bars, each represent a fixed temperature level with 10 oC between each bar up to 210 oC"

But my ceramics still stopped doing much good :(

I think I will give these a go thanks, at £15 why not...I can always try them and then flog em on fleabay if they don't work hey? lol

like i said i got my sis them last year..and she loves them...serum might be good but personally i think they can ruin straightners, cos the stuff gets stuck/burnt onto them and i think it ruins them. plus i dont think it does anything really to help your hair...but thats just me...

Thanks a lot for the reply geek grrrl :) thats a great temp!
