Has anyone bought one of these before ? If so does the ground spike need to be set in concrete
Is this a good deal, Im looking to get one of these, are some better than others?!
Like alunmc I'd be interested in knowing if this has to be set in concrete.
Well, Vildea are a decent brand OK but I see they also have a 'professional' range.

Gets lots of good reviews, both on Argos and Homebase where I see someone says it comes with two types of ground spik.

I think he may be mistaken as the one we have came with a short extension piece [presumably to give choice of height]

As to whether should be set in concrete, I strongly recommend this anyway - I do ours a few inches below the grass level - as you can then guarantee permanant stability. A leaning pole will not spin with the wind like it's designed to.

I think this is a good deal.
