Won't let me put picture on deal for some reason (probably me being an idiot )

Edit: Thanks whoever put it on!

My last Viners pan was such an awful quality that I will never touch anything from this company ever again.

not expecting these to be excellent quality and the "was £100" or what ever it says is rubbish but i'll only be using them for a few months a year so they'll do

Yeah I would agree - not fantastic by any stretch but good for light use or temporary use in a new house while you save up for something better.

I disagree....I personally love the viners cutlery...very good quality, cant say anything for the pans etc but at the end of the day you get what you pay for....my cutlery was from here but reasonably expensive...surely every company hs both decent stuff and cheap crap....just depends what you like/use/will put up with

I have good Viners cutlery too and Oneida are also the same group as Viners and my mum loves their cutlery :-D

I have had one really good Viners stock pot pan too but the other Viners pans I've had haven't been anything to write home about. I wouldn't expect the earth for £35 but I would expect it to be the same if not better quality than the starter sets that Ikea sell.

I have some Viners kitchen knives, they are very good.
#9
Another one who is happy with the cutlery. The cutlery in the picture doesn't look great as it has plastic handles - but mine is all stainless steel.
#10
awesome! perfect for our new home and the code came in handy for a separate cutlery set too - you rock!

I bought one of these when I moved into my old flat and the quality was mixed. The cutlery was good and seemed quite durable. The plastic utensils were quite frankly rubbish and I ended up binning them and buying some metal ones. The knives were decent and very usable and the pans were average. Overall a decent buy for £35, especially if you’re just starting out with your first place.

Viners do decent cutlery.

But their pans are poor. Pretty cheap for £30 though I guess.

D'oh! Out of stock so they seem to be all gone! :(

Anyone had a despatch email?

I ordered a cutlery set a few days before this thread was posted and have still not received a despatch email. I've tried calling them many times but it just rings out until eventually after 3 and a half minutes the line goes dead. I've had no reply to my emails either :?

Anyone else heard anything from this company since Christmas?

got a email from them yesterday about "the last of their stock was discovered to be damaged" and so they've refunded me my money. :x

was going to call and complain but there doesn't seem like much point if they don't even answer their phones.

At last!! just managed to get through to them on the phone, nearly choked on my lunch when they answered lol.

Despite them taking payment on the 2nd and me placing the order a few days before that, the order I placed still hasn't been picked yet. They said I would probably receive it before the end of the week. They also said that I would receive an email upon despatch.

No probs

I received my cutlery today, just over 2 weeks after I ordered it.
Only received the dispatch notice yesterday.

Wolfee, your posts are very useful since they are useless at customer service, they are only contactable 5 hours of a working day which is below and par and whats best is the customer service number on the website is in white so it does not display unless you highlight the page!?!?!

I will wait for a email, out of curiousity when did you place your order?

Ordered january 5th, dispatched today :)

Thanks, we ordered 5th January too and still no email or contact.

Got through YIPEE!

Story about weather and courier delays but that orders placed from the 5th January are leaving the warehouse today...

I await a email.
