Now I know how to make some money out of my old LPs :)

Cold from me. This can be done easily with old vinyls. The amount of people in London selling stuff like this at markets. Vinyls shaped to be used as fruit bowls, book ends, amps, you name it!

Ridiculous! cut the bottom off a 7" and charge £6

Its a cockney version of "lamps" I'm guessing. oO

Unless they're stuck to the sides of audio electrical equipment. :D

For the younger generation, thats the size of a smaller vinyl record. Nothing to do with your manhood ;)

Whatever you do, don't get these for someone who actually collects records. Yes, they like records. Yes, these are made from records. No, that doesn't mean they'll like it. They'll look at you like you've given them firewood logs made out of books.
If you have a bunch of vinyl...don't throw it could be sitting on a few bob or a lot more. Check ebay.
Now's a really good time to be buying old vinyl, I used to sell loads of it on eBay but these days people just aren't as interested unless it's first pressing by the Beatles/Doors/Hendrix etc.

Yes, that Christmas hit was quite a collaboration.
I ordered these on the 18th August, still not in stock.
Don't waste your time.

Make your own with cheapo records from the charity shops/car boot sales, all you need is boiling water
£6? No offence but is this a bargain?
Bending an actual record to use as a bookend is useless. Bookends are used to keep the books upright and stopping the book at the end falling over. The record is either going to break or the book's just going to fall over anyway because the bit at the bottom isn't weighted.
They would be a bargain IF they were in stock, they are £9.99 plus delivery from normal sources.
