Phone first as there's usually just one of each model in one of richersounds 48 stores!

Are you sure every store actually gets even one?

I have not been back since they had the 'headline item' on display in the window.
On asking to buy they told me it was a dud!

So either they were lying or it was eye candy to get window shoppers through the door.

I should of worded it better:

Only one of 48 richersounds stores usually have only one of the sale TVs from the selection advertised.

In my experience they advertise a sale item. I'll phone my nearest store and 99% of the time it's not there. In fact it was never on sale in that store but ''we do have one about 120 miles from your location Sir'' ''That's too far, can I order it and have it delivered'' ''No, it's in store only'' ''Can you have it delivered to my nearest store so I can pick up'' ''No''

So you see, I no longer get excited about RS Sales and I'll never forget going to one. It was like a rugby scrum, tin of sardines and not enough space, stock and staff.

M&S and John Lewis sale items can be ordered online so why is it in store only with RS, because there is little or no stock and they want you into their store hoping you spend on something else.

Because once they have got you instore by way of a promotion they know you want a TV and are unlikely to leave without getting one, even if the one you went in for is out of stock.
