Such a shame they stopped the 07744/55 loophole, my Mum was on this till they changed that.

Yeah the new terms are horrific too, unfortunately for anyone with VM this is quite good value just any real heavy users I'd suggest avoiding this and looking at other sim only deals.

This offer has been going for a while, in fact it has been posted here already - http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/150438/10-per-month-300-mins-and-300-texts/ , obviously new info here is end date for the offer, clearly very helpful for people who are thinking of getting advantage of this before it expires.

I am on this offer and for data its rubish, and they stopped the rollover.

All they want is your money for not much of service. Most people would top up with 20.00 and still have credit after 2-3 months like my brother, meaning it doesnt run out.

With this deal you lose all the unused minutes and text, which is wrong atlest with roll over I never had to check my balance now I have to be on top of it.

I am pretty sure you can get this same deal on a six month contract with 100% cashback from a couple of the big mobile sellers.

I was going to take the free offer up, but unbelievably they declined to port my number if the offer was free. (Or rather - the CPW said it needed to be ported in a shop - who could not offer any cashback).

You can/could even get 5 or 10 quid back from getting the sim through quidco.

They keep extending this offer, I wouldn't be surprised if it's extended again, especially as it is not quite as good a deal as it was originally. Still a decent offer for 300 mins+texts.

I just went on this deal but for 100 MINS & 100 TEXTS (my OH & daughter are already on the 300 one) and it's fine for me as I don't use loads of calls. The only reason I di it is so my daughter could get a new LG SHINE phone for free! Still annoying though that you can't rollover, but it's cheaper for our needs than other networks, and CS is fantastic.

I took this offer six month contract with 100% cashback from CWH, but even though I was told that there is no rollower, in my case there is.
#10
Its there for VM customer since ages.

How does this work, do I pay £10 every month via DD (like a contract phone) or do I get the minutes / texts every month that I topup by £10 ?
#12
This offer wouldn't be too bad in my opinion if it worked as a top-up. As your minutes no longer run over, if you happen to use your allowence in one month without realising, you could be in for a big bill debited - at least if it was pay as you go you could have the best of both worlds and know for sure that the most you'd pay a month is £10

I think this deal is good for me, I know having roll over would be better but seen as I am soon to turn 18, anything is better than my PAYG!

My question is, is there anyway of getting this deal without being a virgin media customer, could I buy a virgin PAYG sim and go through that way?
#14
Ive seen this deal before but I swear I saw somewhere it reverts back to 100 mins & 100 texts after a period of time or am I just going blind?
#15
ive recently taken up on this deal only concern is that is says people who phone you from a fixed line will be charged at about 20p per minute which is a bit much can't find the web page right now.

The new terma sre lethal

No more roll over
calls after 300 mins are 40p a min
10 P connection rate per call
texts 10p each

Just be aware if you are heavy user, if you stay within the 300/300 then good deal

dont no about the mins as mine was zero but i had over 400 texts left and after this renew i still had the same amount of texts so it didnot reset my texts balance to 300 texts,if your not an heavey user it is good value 4 money as when i was on orange i was putting over 20 notes a month on and i didnt seem 2 use it a lot, just be carefull 0845 numbers and some others if u use them u will get charged 4 them, but ring virgin up and they will tell you which ones u will get charged 4,but stick 2 landlines and mobiles and all should be ok

on second thughts I might go to o2 simplicity :)

There is no way that I would exceed 300 minutes or 300 texts so this deal was ideal for me. I came off a lousy Orange tarrif which gave me 120 minutes and no texts for almost £24 per month AND there were no cross network minutes included.

My son and daughter are always changing network providers and ity was costing a fortune for cross network minutes. I'm happy with this tarrif and I got a sim for the wife too.

I'm already on the cheapest Simplicity plan but I may switch over to this... Only thing is I'll lose my number :-(

I wont go over the 300, 300 but my only quam was that it reverts to 100, 100

For anyone who is still interested in this before it ends - when I ordered on the phone the rep told me its 2 per household ...

I hope that helps someone..
