Very happy NTL/VIRGIN customer here, never had a any problems with them, and the couple of times that my broadband has been down, they have knocked £10 and £5 off my bill.

I have found the Customer service to be very poor, though I have the broadband only. This looks like a good deal if you want to take a chance on them. If all works properly then it is excellent, but when something goes wrong...
I am adding heat but others may not!

Isn't the package £10 pm * When you take a Virgin phone line for £11 a month
which means it's £21 pm (not taking into account cashback etc.
Unless I'm reading it incorrectly on the website

You cannot self install if this is your first service. You will have to pay for an engineer, which I think is £30, as he needs to route the cable from the ground to a box on the outside of your house and then to where you want it. You can, I believe self install Broadband and possibly Phone but definitely not TV.

I didn't post this deal in error. The deal I posted was for an £11pm landline which came with the basic free to air TV package, and two months free subscription thown in on top.

The TV package I posted was size M and basically offered the Freeview channels, aswell as Catch up TV, BBC iPlayer and pay per view movies and events on demand. TV size M is usually free when taken with an £11 per month phoneline. I even had the deal in my basket and it said:, landline £11pm + TV size M = £11pm total.

They now seemed to have removed the TV size M from the website. But TV size M+ for £5.50pm, which I also posted in the OP and still seems rather good value if you want a handful of popular subscription entertainment channels is still available.

The one you mention as being £10pm is actually TV size L which again offers even more channels.
