I've read a few reviews of these handsets and have heard that they are really hard to use? How have you found it?

If my Technology phobic Nan can use one and has it on her person 24/7 then its easy as pie.

You will get people slate this phone who just havent got a clue to its proper purpose.

Basic/Simple/Phone& Text thats all it can do great screen that you can have in full midday sun and you can still read it perfectly.

Absolutely perfect for the Elderly.

Absolutely spot on i could not have said it better myself. I actually bought it for my Grandma, she loves her new present.
For those who vote it cold, then this phone is obviously not for you.

I added the post because its cheap and does what it says on the tin.

I think when people say it is hard to use, what they really mean is that it is different to what they are used to, once your used to it, it is simple, and the display is good for bright light conditions.

Not easy to use? What utter twaddle! I'm amazed that anyone could have difficulty using such a simple, basic little phone.
