Welcome to HUKD blandy01 :)

Added an image to your post..
There have been many (slightly cheaper) deals for 32" LCDs lately, most better looking than this one. Image quality is the most important thing but unfortunately it's very difficult to tell with all these budget screens.

Just a shame there isn't a review source that evaluates all these really cheap screens - would be a very popular publication ;)
that is one ugly looking tv

not bad.. he he ;-)

If you think this is ugly, you want to see my 2 year old Tevion 32"LCD, and I paid £750 for it. This one is better looking and slightly better spec for less than half the price, so I will vote hot. (somebody has to have bad taste):giggle:

found a pic of it. tell me what you think!
not great looking, no. but good price i would say. i am going to save my pennies though for a sony,. oo get me.
That Tevion is one bad ass mother ... I don't know how you can have people round to your house (even relatives) ... I want one!
I quite like the look of it.............., Good price and hot.
i don't think it looks bad - it'd just be nice to see reviews of it.

i reckon integrated freeview is a must (especially with a cheaper lcd) - but not sure what the screen is like with the standard definition picture, or whether their freeview interface is any good.

But seems the cheapest 32 inch tv with integrated freeview yet.

It frightens the children :viking:
The bracket must be worth £30, mustn't it?

Yes, ... £30 more than the TV is worth. :giggle:
Welcome blandy01, nice find, this the cheapest 32" LCD with built in Freeview that I have seen.

Obviously I cannot comment on it's quality, I quite like the appearance of the TV, so much nicer than all of those same looking black monsters that bound lately.;-)

I am surprised that only Edi has posted a welcome to you.
1080i HD TV with HDMI??? This must be the mothertrucker of all budget 32" LCDs...
This is a first class television. We have had ours for acouple of months now with no problems. The picture is great and the freeview tuner is better than what we had on the Sony. We have a DVD upscaler in the HDMI slot and the picture has improved greatly. The Wii is plugged into the component sockets and this also works great. True its not the best looking television but for the money cannot be beaten.
Think this one knocks it for 6 when you look at the spec for £20 more and possible 5 year g/tee free.
which one? The Vistron or the hitachi?
I picked up one of these in black a few months ago. I wasn't expecting much, but thought I'd take a chance. I have to say that it is extremely impressive. Picture quality is great and as capable as the branded sets that I was looking at which were twice the price. It is undeniably ugly in the photos, but a much better looking unit in the flesh. The only trouble is that there's no Sky remote code for this telly listed and I don't think anyone's found one that's worked yet.
