I'm think of buying this, can anyone confirm how good it is?
i posted a similar bush tv liek this except contrast was 800:1 this does seem very good i second what daakhu says above.
Look guys, I have had this for 9 months now, the earlier model with 1 hdmi input. For me, it's done everything I want, good dbt tuner, good but not great picture quality, speakers okay, no reliability problems yet and at £269.00 9 months ago was a good buy. I know there are more coming into this price group but I wouldn't discount this.
I got the integrated DVD version around a year ago and it's fine for the money. The colour can be a little wishy-washy in dark scenes but it's perfect for a second telly (in the bedroom or whatever).

One minor niggle (and this may only be my set) is that the controls only respond after about 10-15 seconds of switching on (it doesn't sound like a huge problem but it's a pain in the bum if the baby is asleep and you have to wait to turn the volume down!)
The Mrs wants to pay a bit more and get a branded one!:?
Any reccomend a 32" for just around and over £300?

If you really HAVE to get a branded one, I got a friend one of these and he loves it -

Use the 5% off RAC voucher to get it for just under £314.

Start from here -

And just regiser with any random number as your RAC number, will work fine.
