Why buy a camera for £10 if it doesn't function properly as a camera? Even if something is cheap, doesn't mean it's worth throwing money away on. Better put towards decent.

as i said for a tenner i would give it to the kids they would like mucking about with it and the fact i have only payed a tenner would not bother me when they inevitably break it as they are toddlers so just because its not a good camera doesn't mean its not a good deal

Reluctantly voted hot because it`s cheap, though revues say it`s awful

They will get upset because all of the photos they take will be a blurry mess; my daughter liked taking and looking at photos when she was less than 18 months, give them an old phone, the camera will probably be better, it will be lighter, the battery will probably last longer, and it wont be Vivitar, who many years ago used to be a DECENT brand, but now sell only rebadged tat.

I would rather give my kids nothing than give them this vivitar toss

Low grade tat that used to appear on the defunct auction channels. Avoid.

Vivitar makes things that increase garbage pile. Most of the products are worse than sub par..........I dunno whats company policy and who is running the show.........
#14
ideal for a budding 6yr old future Film Director maybe ? ;)

yeah, it's probably not great, but then if little Stevie manages to lose/break it, so what !

my niece got one for Christmas, first went back as the screen stopped working after 5 mins use. second went back as the power button wouldn't work. these are pretty poor and the paint layer is wafer thin, so expect it to scratch very quick (which hers had, screwing it on to the tripod) cheap price so heat, but would highly recommend picking something else.
