24 Months £0.99 by redemption on Vodafone 300 24m

Send your claim in line with the Cashback Claim Process below and we will credit you by cheque with £115.25 each time.

This will save you £576.24 over the 24 month duration of the contract. In effect this means that your average line rental per month over the contract period is £0.99 per month.

Please note: the above calculations are based on the basic line rental of the tariff and do not include itemised billing

Cashback Claim Process:

Claiming your cashback couldn't be simpler. You will need to send in your mobile phone bill at months 6 , 9 , 12 , 15 and 18

When working out which bill to send in remember month 1 is the month you purchased, regardless of the date you ordered i.e. if you purchased on the 28th January 2009 the month 6 bill required would be dated in June 2009.

Bill Claim Amount
Bill Dated May 2010
Bill Dated June 2010
Bill Dated July 2010
Bill Dated August 2010
Bill Dated September 2010

Bill Dated July 2011 £115.25

The required bill needs to be sent to Cashback Claims, Admail ADM4118, Loughborough, LE11 1YX and must be received within 60 days from the date on the bill. The bill must show your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to.

We recommend you send this by recording delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost items or claims that arrive outside the qualifying period. We also recommend you keep your proof of postage.

Please note: the above calculations are based on the basic line rental of the tariff and do not include itemised billing.

Going to cost your over £550 if your cashback doesnt work out.

£25 a month for 300 mins seems a lot considering you can get a sim only deal for £10 nowerdays with the same allowance.

I have been with this company for a number of years, but found their processes too-laborious to be worth the hassle. I finally stopped doing the cash-backs when I lost-out due to them stating they had not received the claim-back forms, even though I had proof that they had been sent. They stated they would send me copies of the bills that I no longer had in my posession, but these were never received. :x

I am now with them on a SIM-only deal, but it's simply a fixed-rate agreement i.e. not cash-back.

Having said all of the above, I still saved a fair amount of money with them , so fairs fair!

No, I went for 24-month contract on the basis that you get a much better deal e.g. in my case this was 200-texts and 275-mins for £5 / month - or something approximating that.

They didn't offer the above at first and I had to haggle, but we got there in the end. I think they simply didn't want to lose the custom. It means sticking with the same old phone, but I only need a basic phone anyway and so i'm not bothered about that.

I don't think you'll get the deal if you just ring up and ask for it, but you can always try. Alternatively, at the time Virgin were doing some good deals on SIM-only and it might be worth checking their latest offers.
