Hopeless customer service. Incorrect billing issues.
Spending the best part of a day on hold to customer service to achieve nothing.
No thank you Vodafone.

Dreadful company, cancelled before we went live. TCB didn't track. Just taken the BT deal

just to add, Vodafone will not provide you with your username or password to use your own router with their service. This is because their ADSL 17mb offer is actually a router throttled 38mb fibre connection.
There is a design flaw with the Vodafone supplied router that prevents wired and wireless devices from seeing each other.

Thankfully I read about all this before the 14 day cooling off period ended.

This looks like a good deal. Given that land line telephony and broadband are pretty much utility supplies these days how much can go wrong? Duff router...without a solution..? First I have heard of it. But I have an open mind so if anybody has any links to prove there are real issues with Vodafone broadband please show me because I am thinking of going with this offer

Update
Strike that I have read about the issues. On the face of it if someone has the router creditials there maybe a way of getting 76mb fibre for the 38mb price which would be interesting :-) but the installation delays and other stuff is just a bit too worrying

Does anyone have a positive experience?

We signed up a week ago and so far everything positive. Easy to set up, transferred on day they said it would and exceeding the speed predicted. More than happy.
