Plenty of others to be had, that seemed a good one for ppl wanting a decent phone on a tight monthly budget.

Not a deal if quidco fails to track...also rules state quidco doesnt count as a 'deal'.
I'm not saying this isn't a good find though, i'm voting hot anyway :)

Cheers will change this deal to be the HTC Legend so it is a deal but will still highlight the quidco.

Is this not just a upgrade deal for customers? Might get this upgrade and sell it on ebay.

Not on all phones, iPhone not included. Also I bought a vodafone pay monthly contract a month ago with £100 quidco, it tracked for 2 weeks and then was rejected for no reason. Shame Topcashback doesn't offer same deal.

They post them to the store and the store call you when they have been delivered, it's not collect at store as you would imagine i.e they wont give you one they just have in stock. They don't make it very clear when ordering. After 3 days I called dispatch and was told they had run out of Legends and were shipping more in due to plane problems.

I ordered this, only managed to collect it today (ordered it over a week ago) and bit narked to find that vodafone seem to have locked it to their own sim. I thought vodafone had stopped doing this a long time ago, and their website says "Most pay monthly phones and devices are not network locked, before requesting a network unlock code please try a non-Vodafone SIM card and check for error messages", but with my o2 sim card in although it does not display an error, whenever you try to do anything to do with network selection (auto/manual etc) it complains that the sim does not allow this. I assume this to mean it is locked, as the network coverage with o2 is good here, and that sim works in everything else.

Long and boring post, but be warned. At least you now know. I have requested my unlock code, lets see what happens.

EDIT:
I had a eureka moment and realised that when I tried the o2 sim I hadn't clipped the back cover back on, and that may be the gsm aerial. And yes, yes it is the gsm aerial. Phone is unlocked, found the data settings on the net and it works perfectly.
