My last 12 months deal ended, and as usual, I went to leave to try a new deal elsewhere.

I’ve been sniffing around the Red bundles Vodafone do, as they’ve got discount on them at the moment, plus he added entertainment bundle included. Vodafone have good coverage round my area, and I haven’t had too many problems with them in the past.

Via Live Chat, I was offered 25gb data, 4gb of which is roaming. Unlimited minutes and texts, and the entertainment bundle for £15 a month. This is 40% (£10) off the usual price, which isn’t too bad anyway. And a net cost of £5.01 / month once you factor in the Spotify subscription.

I know you can get this even cheaper via 3rd party websites and cashback – I had actually signed up for one of those myself. However this is a lot less faff, and I cancelled my other order for this.

The live chat took a little while, but I think it was worth it. Hope it helps someone.

You got a great deal! I thought I was doing well to get 22GB for £18.50 a few months ago, looks like they have some promotional pricing on the high data plans now.

I'd rather carve a sim card out of my own faeces than stay with Vodafone, they are incompetent imps.

Save yourself the hassle and go with EE or any other network.

Just rang them, added to my account without issues thanks for posting heat added. One of the best current deals without having the issue of sending bills off. Spotify too!

EE for me are shocking. Patch network, poor customer service, and lots more expensive. Their out-of-bundle data addons are a joke.£8 for 500mb, which expires after 7 days? Lol.

Just called Vodafone absolutely disgraceful called me a fraudulent person for calling when I have authority on the account said I was only allowed to talk make no changes when I had jus last month , as its my sister account , was quoted £25 in the middle of all that an that it ends in October so I can't get it as my contract ends in Feb

Worse company ever. After lodging a complaint they said that I wasn't a Vodafone customer even though I had purchased the ultra smart 6 from their store. Ultimately, the Ombudsman found in my favour. Yet Vodafone still cannot locate my account number

worst customers service ever

Good deal but no customer services to speak of. But that's like some other providers like Three

Hello

I tried like you to get this deal from Vodafone via its Live Chat. I have been asked to provide your phone number as proof that you actually got the deal. Would you be willing to share this information with me?

Thank you in advance.
