You get 600 mins a month to call these guys http://www.xnet.com/

Good spot
No. This is only available over the phone ''Need to call 0808 0 408 408''.
Or you could buy on line and go through quidco (http://www.quidco.com/mobiles-utilities/mobile-phones-plans/vodafone/), but it will cost £15 a month (http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/shop/price-plans/12-month-600-mins-unltd-texts-15?WT.mc) and you get £70 quidco. So in effect you will gain £10. But I don't think its worth the risk.
15 x 12 = 180
180 - 70 = 110
110 / 12 = £9.17 a month
A little bit cheaper for a 12 month contract
