  Were they committing fraud/law breaking or where they simply being ultra smart in capitalising on the deficiencies of the government who don't know their ass from their elbows in plugging these loopholes, presumably if they WERE to ignore the perfectly legal loopholes and therefore overpay their taxes we would all pay over the odds for their services/product - yawwwwwwwwnnnnnn
