Great deal to me, there is also £100 cashback for the £20 tarriffs but for an extra 3.50 i think its worth it for all the extra minutes and free landline calls!

Be careful with Quidco though, I got something similar to this deal a few months back..it did not trace with quidco so I inquired but was told to wait 25 weeks before I could submit a query..waited 25 weeks but now I could not submit a query because the promo has finished.

Quidco cannot submit a query to Vodafone if the promo is finished so you will lose the cashback, now I'm tied to a 12 month sim only and no cashback. I only got the deal because of it. Just be aware. Better yet inquire with quidco first.
#4
far as i know if it doesnt track in a couple of days you can query it with quidco and usually they sort it.... happened with people on the O2 offer back in september.... regardless i have to say even at £25 its a great deal!
#5
It does not allow process through to payment status, it stalls at personal details.
#6
it did for me, might be problem with ur billing details not matching or something but mine went thru fine!

It didn't let me get that far, once I'd entered my name, postcode, email etc the link to payment details will not load?

I want this deal with a free phone

Sorted it, wasn't clicking 'find address'.

how much is a blackberry bundle with vodafone
#12
Who on earth calls other mobiles 40 minutes a day on top of forever on a landline and uses internet all the time ? Seems overkill to me but great for £15 and no worries of going over a limit if you already have a phone.

The question would be just how much could you get a 12 month plan (if you could) with a phone versus this deal or just double this deal as they are always around this or similar and say a 24 month plan with a phone.

I went through Quidco with a similar Vodafone deal 3 months ago, it tracked straight away and they paid £120 cashback within 2 months. Fab offer, h&r

You pay £25/month and there is a possible £120 quidco cashback on a 12 month contract. So effectively, if you get your quidco, it works out at £15/month.

The contract is £25 per month but you get £120 cashback via quidco so it effectively works out at £15.00 per month once quidco pay out.

WheresMeNuts, i take it you are not familiar how quidco works. Start here:

Not topic, but related to above.

I have just joined quidco. On signing in, I get a message saying something similar to "we need your cookies" and then requiries me to sigh in/password again in order to view my account.

I take it that is the norm?

Hot deal, any thoughts if this is better than the previous o2 sim only?
#37
Great post - wish I could take it up - no Voda signal where I live:x
Anything similar with O2? anyone out there? preferably with an internet phone
#38
Thx for your help guys, But does this mean I give Quidco £25 first then they will give me £120 back in 12 Months time ? If so where is the Tab to click on giving them £25....Sorry for all the Noobie Questions.

You do need to have Cookies accepted, from both Quidco first, and then the retailer that you visit.

But.... You need to be careful if you've already visited the Vodafone site, as that will have left a cookie. Quidco only tracks if your visit to the retailer is unique, and an earlier cookie from Voda would probably disallow it. Delete cookies prior to joining and logging in to Quidco, to ensure that you get the order 'tracked' by Quidco. You can install a new web browser, and just use it for Quidco, so that it doesn't have other cookies in it, other than the Quidco/linked retailer ones. Opera or Firefox are great web browsers. http://www.opera.com/browser/http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/

I really recommend Opera, as its cookie management is easy to manage if you want to, it's also got Turbo mode, to make slow web connections faster.

Also, everyone needs to be wary if they get phone calls from Vodafone about their order, as the sales staff will willingly open a new order, meaning they get commission, and you get no Quidco cashback. Only allow your order to be completed online via Quidco.

I used the code 'FREEICE' when I ordered for a free Vodafone 533 phone in ice white, very nice basic phone with a higher spec than the Nokia, although that Nokia 1208 is a nice basic phone too. Could have used code 'FREEBLK' for the black model 533 or 'FREEPTL' for whatever colour PTL stands for!
