£120 cashback is on the 12 month sim only agreements. so you must have to wait 3 months ? maybe more for your quidco to validate and pay out.

From Quidco:
"...All 30 day rolling pay monthly SIM only sales have a three month validation period."

So it is a 3 months contract for £60 plus £40 potential Quidco. :D

I got Mobile Broadband from Vodafone - got £90 back from Quidco with no problems after raising an Earnings Enquiry. Sounds like you should have raised a query with Quidco - they are always very helpful.

Heat and Rep provided to the Original Poster for this good deal.

HOT Deal - Quidco is never guaranteed of course but I've never had problem with Vodafone and quidco although you do need to wait the 3 month qualification period.
#17
this is the business shop on the link

i've found this though
http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/shop/price-plans/12-mnths-900-mins-unltd-txt-20?WT_ref=INT-Hmpg-Lyr3-Sm-3

My iPhone contract with o2 is expiring soon - take it there's nothing stopping me moving to vodafone and sticking this sim in my existing iPhone (or is that locked to o2?)

Not neccesarily - I've just been stiffed by Quidco on the O2 broadband deal. When my deal didn't track, I was told it can take up to 3 months (? I think it was 3 months) for the deal to track, then later when I queried it I was told I had to raise a query within a lesser period of time. Lost the £50+ on the O2 broadband deal.

Stinkers.

Quidco can be hard to manage/deal with, as good as their staff may be, and as well paid out as some customers are. I've had major issues over the last year with lack of validation and payout. Vodafone regularly call customers after a quidco link and want to close the order by phone - refuse to do this, as Quidco will not pay anything if the order is completed by phone.

Ta.

Off track I appreciate, but I wouldn't EVER take out a deal again based on any Quidco involvement.

Interestingly, I had a lot of purchases at the time - some 25-30 - most giving under £1 back & not a single one of those didn't track. All around 7p, 70p etc.

Hi, o2 are letting pay monthly customers unlock their iphones for free i beleive with a bit of software which is available on the app store but has to be done through pc.
Therefore there shouldnt be any reason why you cant use your iphone with this sim only :)

you might be better off enquiring about the iphone simplicity plan, i cant find it online
its with o2
its 20 a month
its got 1200 texts, 600 mins, and the wifi, browsing and visual voicemail included.

"iphone Simplicity contract now which is simplicity still the same 30 days and still the same price as mine, you get 1200 txts and 600 minutes BUT you now get free wifi, unlimited browsing, free visual voice mail etc"

search iphone simplicity in the search box on this site hotukdeals.
it should show you it.

Complete the O2 iPhone Unlocking form and you're iPhone will be unlocked in couple of days & yes it's free as long as you are a pay monthly customer of theirs. Choose O2 Simplicity Plan at £20/Month - 700 Mins, 1400 Texts + choice of any Unlimited Bold On (go for Unlimited Web Bolt On) which is available exclusively online or you can opt for iPhone Simplicity Plan at £20/Month with 600 Mins, 1200 Text & Unlimited Web and Wifi Bolt on + Free Visual Voicemail. You can cancel your contract anytime by giving 30 days advance notice! You don't Quidco but good if you like being with O2, personally I prefer for them for excellent 3G network for web browsing on iPhone.

Vodafone is a very good deal IMO if you wanna choose them! Quidco is an added bonus if it tracks. Either way get your iPhone unlocked for free via O2 :-D

Hope this helps! Cheers!

Cheers!

Phoned O2 and they gave me a brand new 32gb 3Gs for £0! Saved me £280. Must be trying to stop the bleed of iPhone customers to Vodafone and Orange. Happy with O2's customer services, plus they dont charge for MMS, or texting from abroad. Can now sell my old 16gb on Ebay for a couple of hundred quid!

How much money do you spend with O2 each month?
#29
DO NOT RELY ON QUIDCO!!! I also bought a sim only contract in October, and at first quidco tracked at the correct rate. But then after a few weeks somehow vodafone changed the amount to £1? I am now in the process of making an earnings enquiry, but I doubt I will get paid (Read other internet forums on Vodafone note paying out Quidco). Just warning people who are looking to buy this deal based on Quidco!!!
#30
I felt I might have received quidco money from a few of you guys :-D
My last contract with vodafone was a 12 months one, for some reason I placed 4 orders and only 1 approved, however I ended up with 91x4 cashback, that is correct, 364 pounds, paid off my Sapphire Arte

Conclusion: Do not rely on quidco, you may get anything between 0 and any number.
#31
mine did not track a couple of months back when i took a 12 month sim only contract out so cancelled in a few days. Tried it last night on same deal and has now tracked at £120
#32
I'll bet unlimited internet isn't really unlimited.

Unlimited means without limit but not to communications companies.
#33
Pfft... IMO three's sim15 deal is still better for 15 pounds per month. Especially with unlimited 3to3 minutes.

Unlimited text, data, 3to3 mins and 300 x-net. 30 day rolling contract

Did you clear your cookies?

I use a completely different browser for Quidco transactions (Opera) and clear the cookies every time (with CCleaner). Never missed a single cashback since, for over 100 transactions I'd estimate.

Cold.

Vodafone do not pay quidco.

12 month deals offer up to £120, yes it was too good to be true.

Lastly this deal has been going for months, internet is max 500mb not unlimited.

I disagree, specially if you are only going to use this for a limited number of months.

Yes, £5 less a month, but half the Xnetwork minutes AND no £40 cashback. The three-to-three calls are pointless for most because the majority of people aren't on three. So basically, providing you do get cashback ... £40 / £5 = 8 months of same price as three, with double the minutes...

Do you have anymore info on that deal?

I was going to do the iPhone 20 simplicity when my contract expires...I would also be able to keep my number if I stuck to O2....Hmmmm decisions
