I'm sorry folks, and no disrespect to you OP, but some people STILL just don't get it.

IT WOULDN'T MATTER IF VODAFONE GAVE YOU 100GB DATA, UNLIMITED EVERYTHING ELSE, AND CHARGED YOU 10p - THEY ARE STILL THE WORST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER ON EARTH!

And that was even before last weeks £4.6 million fine for failing customers!

From Ofcom:
One investigation found that 10,452 pay-as-you-go customers lost out when Vodafone failed to credit their accounts after they paid to ‘top-up’ their mobile phone credit. The affected customers collectively lost £150,000 over a 17-month period.
In a second investigation, we found that Vodafone failed to comply with our rules on handling customer complaints.

I have been with Vodafone for 10 years. I have a pay monthly plan with 22GB data, unlimited texts & calls for 18 pound per month. I tested the 4G speed at home this week and got 54mps... I am happy with Vodafone.

Opinions are like bum holes, everyone has one and most of them stink.

i am tempted by this deal and vodafone can't discount it anymore (i've tried), but i'm swaying more towards BT's 15GB sim only...
£20pm - £90 giftcard - £84 (was £77) TCB = £66 or £5.50pm (+£5pm if not with BT)

Agree with FiveBob
they are an absolute joke. Please stay away unless you want random amounts of cash debited from your bank. Total joke of a company.

I agree too. I've been with them for a few months. Unbelievable. After speaking with them over 17 times trying to sort out billing issues, disconnection, and data allowance I have now given up trying, defeated. Each month's bill has been wrong and unfathomable so far. Unbilled usage quoted on myVodafone is equally a work of fiction.

As I've said before, go with them if you're feeling lucky....

Signal is better for me than ee both 4g and 3/2g
Customer care is bad but for roaming they also wipe the floor with ee for value.. As well as the entertainment bundle with this sim

I have been fine with these **** so far no issues at all :D got the same deal a few months back the free Spotify sealed the deal

I cancelled after 10 days with them. After taking up an offer off there website and receiving confirmation etc they then proceeded to take £57 out of my bank account and there reason was no your on a £32 a month contract I explained no that was the original advertised price it had a big red line through it and was saying reduced to £19 they accepted this after checking there own website but said they couldn't adjust it and I would have to get in touch to get it adjusted every month in the form of bill credit. I was then informed do not worry we will not debit your bank account. Low and behold 7 days after joining £57 was taken. Again I was back in contact they had no explanation passed from pillar to post with everyone having a different explanation. Also 12 months of Spotify was included no one at there end could get this to work all I got every time was the option to have a paid subscription. I spent hours on the phone to them to no avail. Eventually I just gave up and cancelled under there 30 day network guarantee. Gutted really cause it was a brilliant offer which no other network could get close to. Also they eventually gave me my money back. But the whole experience left a bitter taste. Hopefully who ever takes this deal will not encounter similar problems. Good Luck

no issues here with voda here. took out a similar deal from e2save in June and all going well so far

Agree with five bob bill

I had a 12 month contract with voda and would never be a customer again

I've used all providers and I find giffgaff the best for me which is the o2 bearer

Vodafone was good in one spot move and it was not do hot

With giffgaff on data centers in the north and midlands it's the only one that can still make and revive calls

My personal experience and bum hole ;)

Am on a rolling contract with Vodafone after my 24 months contract finished recently. Can I get this deal as well or is it purely for new customers ?
#21
i am not fan of them, my friend phone broke with screen just not working, not been dropped or nothing just stopped working And there saying it not under warranty when only few months old
#22
My 12 month bt mobile contract is up in Feb so starting to look around and get others views on networks. There are some great Vodafone deals about but after reading some comments on here think I give it a wide swerve. :{

100% agree, i had the opportunity to leave them and joined o2, recently received £360 reimbursement through ombudsman.

Not to mention Vodafone do not have data caps and every month you find these odd random charges
#24
Dump then since 2008 and than after never been with them
#25
Any one ever clamed of vodafone phone mobile insurance got a smashed screen
#26
I was with Vodafone for 27 years with 5 contracts, I left last year will never ever us them again, billing mistakes, diconections that should never of happened and lie after lie, be warned they are the worst mobile provider in the UK
#27
Seriously, I back what Fivebobbill says fully. I was a customer of there's and all they did was rip me off, lie and scam me. A whole month without data I could use, even though I had allowance there to be used. Phone calls everyday and nothing would be sorted.

STOP promoting these rogues, you have been warned. Only a madman would put any business there way. Shocking company, I hope they get taken to the cleaners. I was one of the lucky ones that got away.

Do yourself a favour and steer well clear, give Vodafone a wide birth. If you don't you'll live to regret it, simple as that. If you want nothing but stress and hassle then yeah take this deal it's perfect.

Please though stop promoting these scam artists, they are offering ludicrous amounts of cashback to suck people in.

Got this deal a few months ago before they stopped the free spotify and reduced the roaming data. Put my first cash back claim in at the end of October couldn't have been easier up load pdf of my bill to my Mobiles.co.uk account and a day later an email confirming it was successful. Vodafone signal for me if far superior to 3 who I moved from.
Had one issue with them charging me for free spotify but it was easily cleared up via the online chat, I would avoid calling them as when I did they were less than useless
#29
I get unlimited mins. unlimited texts . 10 gig data and a years subscription of Spotify for 13.50. granted they aren't the greatest to deal with but I think you'll find they're all like it
#30
Don't forget the Spotify
#31

I got the 20gb deal from mobiles.co.uk a few months ago - ported number, used free Spotify, used 4G on holiday, all flawless and signal far better than Three, which i came from. Admittedly i havent needed to speak to CS but hard to imagine they can be as bad as Three's! Based on my experience would def recommend.
#34
Do Talkmobile and Vodafone share billing systems and cs? Can't get any signal with 3 or EE in my house but work mobile on Voda works just fine

Have to agree. I bought a sim only and topped up. Took the money and put me on a tariff I didn't want with no option to change. Terrible - would never use again, ever.

If you get good signal then go for it, it takes less than 5 minutes to submit cash back claim 4 times a year.

is it possible to get cash back from quidco and tcp on same order
#39
Has anyone successfully got this with SPOTIFY?
