Good offer but Vodafone customer service is nightmare, I had so many problems past year, every time you ring them you get different answer, I personally not recommended Vodafone network at all

We love Vodafone the Mrs had her contract for 2 years and they never once charged here the line rental of £40 a month , the only ever charged her for calls that where not included in her package or if she went over , her average bill was 55p a month and she got a iPhone 6 . She put the money away just in case they noticed and wanted it back !!!!!! She got a phone call from them exactly 2 years later , when the deal was up , to say their has been a problem with your bill , but we can't ask for the money back !!!!!! She had saved the £960ish just in case . Result we love Vodafone

I beg you not to go with Vodafone at any costs! Renewed last year and after 10 / 15 calls was offered compensation after problems just renewing my contract. Then someone called a few weeks ago asking if I wanted to increase my data at no extra cost (I had gone over in previous month) and was also offered an update to my phone without early upgrade fees. I should have learnt my lesson and refused, however I did accept it. I called a couple of days later to check everything was in order, what a surprise it wasn't. Nothing on the system about a phone upgrade so I asked them to listen to the call from the Vodafone agent I spoke to.. What a nightmare! Was promised call back after callback (even when I managed to speak to a 'manager') and never received one, I had to call another 5/6 times to see what was happening..eventually during the last call I was put on hold for a few minutes and they came back and agreed I could have an upgrade. I asked if they had listened to the call when I was on hold as there was no way they would have just said yes without listening to it, they said they hadn't but I knew they had, they just didn't want to accept it. As soon as my contract ends I'm gone. Never dealing with these cowboys again.

No minutes, texts or extra like Spotify, Now TV or Sky Sports Mobile.

3 coverage is better than it used to be but it's either there or not, Vodafone at least has 2G so you don't miss making an emergency call if you're in the back of beyond.

3 is best if you're a city dweller lol

I went for this tariff but with cashback making it £10 per month. Spotify expiry date is actually 24 months. had to call customer service and they were fine. was with Vodafone before and had no trouble.

which cashback site did you use for £10 per month. I am tempted now at £14.20 but £10 seems a steel!

It pays to complain... Vodafone messed my order up and so last week I got the £19.20 down to £16 a month, plus the £85 cashback from Quidco. Making it £8.91 a month for 12 months. Their customer service IS shocking though.. http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/vodafone-12-months-ultd-minutes-texts-12gb-4g-uk-data-4gb-inc-roaming-data-19-20-2497546

Not funny, but I'm a cruel man, I did chuckle lol

well it was a good deal. I like to check the water seeing what people say on here before committing to the deal myself. it looks like i waited too long :( better the devil you know

I've been with Vodafone most of the time and had no problems with them c/s or coverage. Tried all the other networks and had loads of problems with them. always went back to Vodafone.
#18
Seems pricey unless you value the Spotify/Now TV and extra data highly.

I'm paying £8.50 for unlimited txts/calls and 5gb data, which works for me and I no longer care about "Wi-Fi", as the 5gb is more than enough for me.

Network is top notch. Got 65 down and 28 up on 4g last week in London.

Customer service is patchy but they (eventually) sorted my problem. Get it it writing...(ie save live chat logs)

e2save have this with £128 cash back by redemption if you can be bothered with the hassle (and a fiver cash back from quidco) this effectively works out around £8.10 a month.

I signed up yesterday.
20gb data, unlimited calls and texts with spotify. For £22.50
£60 quidco.
Although quidco never tracked... slightly annoyed. Cleared my browser and disabled ad block, not sure why it never tracked.
Wish I went through e2save now.

Well it's a red value plan so should include Spotify. I'll be able to advise on this in a few days hopefully.

I've ordered this deal today via top cash back. I love Spotify and my 3 months for £1 has just ended which was good timing.

Top cash back is showing as pending so hopefully I'll get the £80 or so it was quoting.

Even with all the extras I think for £19 it's a good deal. I've never been with Vodafone but I have the 30 days to try them out

Check trustpilot reviews for all the networks. It all says they're bad.
I find Vodafone and their customer service all great.

It should track within a few hours, Iv used quidco for years and this is the first time it hasn't tracked. I think Vodafone have done something on there end to try and stop tracking.

My wife and I have never had any problem with Vodafone, I think if you stick to your contract, don't go over your entitlement,I might just be me but also there the best I've had in terms of 4g coverage

Been with them less than a month and they literally have the worst customer service. They lie straight up then you are left chasing the results. I've had to talk to them more times in the past month than I talked to O2 in the last 5 years.

But saying that, the more you complain the more better and cheaper your contract gets.

I bought the double data simo deal recently, (500min, Unlimited Text, 10GB Data) for £17. Through Quidco it would've made it around £12. Which is actually pretty good for the value.

However they F up'd several times, so I started complaining to them and got my PAC code, they offered to reduce price from £17 to £10!

They obviously didn't change it so I had to keep on chasing them again and again on chat and on phone to make them change it to the price they said they would. Every time I complained they kept adding bill credit. Now I have £42 bill credit . Effective works out £7 a month :))

In summary, if you have got the time and patience to deal with this then go for it! it's good value and good 4Gspeeds. I get 60mbps.

Not sure if it helps but my tracking woes stopped for quidco/tcb if you open a private/incognito window, login into the cashback site and then do the transaction.
Guessing the private session is clean on cookies etc when you start

agreed the Customer service is pants i took out two line. supposed to recieve two months free for both lines. it was applied to one and not the other. spoke to CS who applied full credit for both lines and £16.00 on top for the hassle. my advice is take it , but take advantage of there terrible cs. they have no clue. u will also get 5£ 10£ just for asking
#36
Is the Spotify/Sky Sports not only if you upgrade to 20gb a month for an extra £3?
Looks like theres a line down the middle separating the £19.20 deal from the Spotify deal!

Ignore, just seen the landing page.

EE get slaughtered too when I looked, guess the others probably do, most folk take the time to blurt out the bad but you never hear the same amount of the good experiences.

I would say both EE and Vodafone in my experience can both be pretty useless and not so helpful.

I've binned EE based on the so called retention deals and so many lies and conveniently not having logs of calls when offered deals.
#38
Been with Vodafone the last theee years no issues so far I downgraded to this plan at the end of my last contract, no issues good deal.
#39
Be careful I took this deal 2 weeks ago. First bill came through said £32 discount had not been applied. After an hour on the phone they said it had been adjusted. After more problems with only been offered Spotify paid subscriptions on there offers page and it should've been 12 months free. I explained the woes about the account and the advisor said nothing's been adjusted its a £32 a month contract. Even though there website still clearly said £19.80 a month. After another 5 calls they couldn't work out why it was only offering me paid subscriptions for Spotify. Every advisor tells you something different. I cancelled after only 5 days. They are a bunch of clowns. The worst customer service ever. Good luck if you decide to join this bunch of jokers.

It's supposed to be included they tell you this but when I joined it only offers you 1 month free and then £9.99 a month after
