Now before anyone says anything i know this has been posted before but it went out of stock and it was over a month ago when last posted.

I know there were people including me who wanted one of these but acted too late. Well they are £5.00 at play now and showing in stock.

RRP: £12.99

Use quidco to bring this down to £4.80 delivered.

Description:
A unique and easy to throw aerodynamic design. Finger grip zones help Vortex spin fast for tighter spirals and greater accuracy. 3 separate whistles combine for one awesome effect.

Enjoy ;)

this thing is awesome for the summer, bargain at £5, get one!

Looks great what is it ?

You throw it and it makes a howling noise as it flies through the air. Great fun, nearly got me thrown off a snooty Italian resort. Good price I paid over £10.

Got one of these for the kids when they were posted on here previously for £3.99 from Play.com. Must admit, was most disappointed with the 'non existant' noise from each throw and the length of the throw that could be achieved - no more than any other item of a similar size. Might have had a bad one and accept it's the cheapest currently available, but sorry it's a cold for me.

I love these! Great for playing on a beach or in the park!

I hate people who vote cold and dont tell you why or if its for a rubbish reason.

I appreciate you commenting to let me and others know the reason for your cold vote. Hopefully you just received a dud. Thanks.

I'm voting hot because I think it's worth a fiver. But I agree with everything else you say, it really is quiet and i was disappointed at the distance achieved.

They are reduced to about £3 in Mountain Warehouse, saw them on Sunday.

Bought one of these previously with Play. I have a 4 yr old, would suggest need to be at least 7-8 before this thing works. I can throw it well but it then becomes quite dangerous to a young kid trying to catch it. Quite hard and pointy.;-) Otherwise good toy for older kids /adults. Hot.

You sound just like every Man U fan I've ever known. :whistling:

i have 2 of these and use the with my army cadets for messing about, and they love them, would rather mess about with this than anything else
#16
These are great, but my 7 year old can't throw it hard enough to make it whistle. Good for older kids though (I love it!).
#17
Ive had one for a long time now and think they're excellent. Mine goes really well, my boy has had hours of entertainment out of this thing. Fiver is a bargain!
#18
i got 2 last year from Play for £5 each great price they loved it. We found it makes lots of noise and travels quite far and fast (my 2 are 13 and 11) (oh and 43 year old husband) but a bit dangerous for younger kids (and slow moving mums like me!) as it is fast and hard and pointy!
#19
The one I bought does make a whistle, but not a 'howl'. Have I got a dud as well?

It's good fun though, I play with my 6 year old. He can just about make it whistle. But yes, it's quite hard and pointy so I have to be very careful when throwing it at him!

Why is this expired? It does say they're awaiting stock in the checkout phase on play, but it says it will be delivered in 4-5 days...surely this deal is still going? I just ordered one
