In the very small print:

Present voucher before ordering. Not valid with any other promotion. Not exchangable for cash. No photocopies (Why do they always put that when it has to be downloaded and printed?)
Valid from 30/07/07 to 10/09/07 at participating resteraunts only. Not valid at airports and some motorway locations.

I have had to put £0.00 in the price window because I don't know the price of the the burger. Perhaps someone who knows could ask a mod to insert the correct price. TIA.

Price is £3.99 or £4.29 if you want Bacon and Cheese ( with thanks to gary_rip for the info).

Nice one, these often come in handy especially once the footy season starts, always get the munchies after a few post match ales:)

Do you reckon they will be valid at a holiday park, I think the haven place I'm going to this weekend has a BK, my guess would be that they wouldn't accept them there ?

lol. I had to enlarge the file in PhotoShop to read the small print.

Many thanks for hosting again.
The Angus voucher replaced the Fusions icecream voucher on their site (even though it is valid until October).

Good find and I'm sure lots of people will be grateful!

I've always found their burgers to be over priced in the first place to be honest! Who'd pay that much for 1 burger!

You can get yourself a packet of mince and onion, some herbs, bit of salt and pepper for a fraction of the price and FAR healthier and tastier to be honest! Although if you happen to be in town, starving and don't have access to a bbq/grill - then I guess this would be an ok option!!!

Let's not turn into a nation of lardos just becuase the burgers are on offer!!!;-)

I love burger king burgers, havn't tried this one though, as we lost our local BK 2 years ago!

I'm really craving one now though, I'd allways buy a double whopper & add bacon... Absolutely delicious!! Much better than any cardboard meat imitation from macdonalds or the like - and I always found you get a lot more substance for your money too! BK's chips are great too - if you want junk food, I've never had better, but then I suppose that's a matter of opinion isn't it.

The price of this burger above surprises me though! It looks smaller than the DW+B that I like but if it's £3.99 that's a lot more. Are you sure that's not the meal price? Or perhaps an inflated London or service station price?
#16
I thought they tasted brilliant the first time I had them. But I had one the other day and it was disgusting; the bread was so stale it was inedible. Ending up chucking it away. I guess it depends on how freshly made the burger is.

Thanks for this. Will use it during a busy period ;-)

Here here. BK is streets ahead of McDonalds. The Whoppers are far more tastier, bigger and fill you up a lot more than Big Macs. You only have to hold a Double Whopper in your hand to feel how heavy the thing is!

I'm pretty sure £3.99 is the price for the meal. The regular Angus burger normally retails for about the same price as the double Whopper which is roughly £4 for the meal.

Voted HOT!

Just ask for something special like no pickle and they make it fresh :)

Then eat 3/4's of it and take it back because it was "cold"! :-D

I only ever use bk when there are voucher deals, otherwise a meal is nearly a fiver, so is probably overpriced normally, although their fries are better than McDs:thumbsup:

I know what you mean it is quite overpriced but I guess you pay for the quality at the end of the day. The way I look at it is I can buy a Big Mac meal for lunch and be hungry again sometimes by late afternoon or pay an extra £1 for a Whopper meal which will keep me going past tea time.

In Amsterdam a single Whopper costs just €3 (about £2) and a Whopper meal costs €5 (about £3.50) and BK costs about the same as McDonalds over there. Guess it's just another case of "Rip Off Britain".

BK in Liverpool street station won't except the vouchers because they can't read the writing.

DOH!

looks like a hungry nightshift.

Every time I eat from macdonalds, I regret it. I feel sick rather than feeling full. I don't know what draws me back there? ...I think it's the cocaine they put in the special sauce!

Anyway, while macdonalds may save you 50p - £1 I always feel like I've just bought an absolute pile of turd. The dressing they put on the burgers are a soggy mushy joke. And the "meat" itself is cooked from frozen in 20 seconds! - That says it all. I don't consider BK to even be a competitor, the food is just so much better it doesn't deserve comparison.

Perhaps you think fast food/junk food is expensive in it's own right? (fair enough!)... But if you must compare to macdonalds, BK is a bargain!

If anyone's seen the recent programmes about how animals are treated on the likes of C4, you would have been put off any sort of meat for life. I've now been a FULL vegetarian for a year and I feel so good about it.

Sorry, this deal is cold on my end.

They're all ****, this is a REAL burger : Brakes Premiere Half Pound Aberdeen Angus Beef Burger:p

thats what i was wondering.
#30
anyone tried this yet with a phototcopy ???
#31
I'm totally with the people who say that BK is better than McDonalds, but overpriced. Most of their meals are edging towards towards £5...
#32
This WASNT accepted at my local burger king last night

they said they cant accept print outs! i said it was from their website but no luck
#33
anyone used this yet?
#34
I printed a few off yesterday but have not been able to use one yet. As it is on their website as a valid offer if I do get any hassle from counter staff I'll ask to speak to the duty manager.

I had one of these when they were first launched and they are not bad.
#35
just tried in canary wharf, not accepting it. It seems only selected ones are accepting this.....
#36
Tried in the West Ealing BK. The manager said they don't accept online promotions. I think he was suggesting this deal was a newspaper offer and you need the original cutting.
#37
The meal I get from BK was just over £5, but man it was great to be back (BKs are hard to find unlike MaccyDs). Remember though it's about the same as a Maccy meal as you have to add a couple of cheese burgers to the mel to get anywhere near full.
#38
Not accepted by manager at Aldgate East BK>. Looks like this promnotion is pretty useless so far. Anyone actually received a freebie?
#39
Why do they offer these vouchers if so many franchises will not honour them? :x

The statement about photocopies is also a farce and so many online vouchers make that point.

I haven’t used a voucher (we haven’t a BK nearby) but will complain if we can’t use it while travelling (not at a motorway location of course). There are so few places where you can eat late, even of the chip shops around here close at 10pm.

If anyone is interested in complaining there is a Customer Careline: 0845 7287437 (Geographical: 01895 206171 –from SAYNOTO0870.COM) and a postal address:

Wonder how BK still compete with that price for a single burger !
