bear in mind, as op has stated, this has no mains adaptor so runs off batteries. not sure how long a computer will last on batteries but you can get the vtech adaptor from amazon for £5.99, or i imagine you could you use one of those universal variable voltage adaptors.

Ordered as I didn't get pen, mic or the Thomas game with the £18 Amazon "Winnie The Poo" deal earlier this year. Thanks.

So where are best places to get games at the moment?

Offline Sales:
Boots
Woolworths
ELC

Any online sales?

Fantastic deal,

I nearly paid £45 at christmas for this but opted until my sons birthday in February (as we had already spent buckets of cash on him - spoilt thing!) Think I will be getting this now in time for his birthday. Heat added!

this is also for sale at a simlar price in boots - (i.e all toy half price - their orginal price was 44.99) so around 22.50 comes with a different cart.

we went for v.baby simile for 19.99 (simlar item but for babys from 6 - 36 months)

keep trying to order one but no matter what i try to put as my card valid from or Start Date as the site calls it, it will not accept and throws it back saying invalid start date.

My card starts of this year so perhaps its just recognising 2007 as the current year so in its eyes its not valid as the date on my card doesnt exist as of yet.. Could be an error with it rolling over to 2008 and dodgy internal web systems dropping back a year stead of going forward.

Anyone else having issues??

Just tried to order mine today (1st Jan) and it also keeps saying to me that my start date is no good. What a shame, by the time this is sorted, the deal will have probably expired. Thinking about opening a credit account with them so I can order it regardless. Good idea or not?
#15
try going through the checkout without putting in a card start date as this info is not required for all cards HTH
#16
no good still says every which way i try tried now 3 different cards with of course varying start dates not working, tried not entering doesnt work.

Closed for new years and also have to call a 10p/min phone line sigh still good price might look at the boots one for my son but think will still try to go for this one.

I initially had the same problem with the start date, so decided to try again but this time left it blank and it went through... result!!!

Just noticed Empire Stores are selling the games reduced to £14.99, so if you buy 2 you can use another £15 voucher making it £7.50 ea. delivered
#19
not bad, wife decided to call them to try and place this order will update if successful and will have to place another order to get the games for 7.50 each as Deanos suggests but sure wont be a problem.

God i love vouchers ;)

now worked for me, didnt enter a start date appears that inadvertantly previously i had tried to enter a date then when it didnt work entered nothing which still made it think something was entered which threw it out.

So if you enter a date by mistake backout completely then DO NOT TOUCH the valid from date at all proceed with other parts of your order then confirm.

thx OP
