This is a pretty decent value Graphics card for the money, plus it comes with the AMD Golden Ticket for 3 Free games.

If you qualify for free delivery then it is a good £20 cheaper than the MSI card which has been getting some heat. Overclockers seem to be disliked by many but I've never had a problem with them and I am an active member of their forums (which is how I qualify for free delivery)

If you can get free delivery this is a great deal (only 10 left at this price), cheapest I have seen an r9 280.

Else the Sapphire r9 280 is the same price at novatech and personally I would prefer that one to this or the MSI...

Yeah, my first ever card was a Sapphire and I do have a soft spot for them. They make great AMD cards :)

Until you need to send one back... That's when the fun starts. :P

Card is pretty much same performance as a GTX 760 which is about £190, voted hot!

To be fair, I don't know of any manufacturers who aren't a pain if you need to RMA something. I've seem problems from virtually everyone, particularly XFX & ASUS. I usually make sure I can quote the relevant passages from the sale of goods act at the shop I bought it from and get them to deal with the return.

But yeah, my Sapphire card never broke, I sold it on to a mate who I believe is still using it.

sorry VTX so cold. A bargain isn't a bargain if it's a second rate manufacturer, and VTX don't have the QC of others (hence the lower price).

Gigabyte and EVGA always rate highly.

Msi would be considered better but best value in my opinion is neither. I would get this:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/amd-sapphire-radeon-r9-280-dual-x-oc-3gb-gddr5-choose-3-free-games-159-98-novatech-1924035

Though not a massive difference between them.

VTX3D that's the reason this is cheap. Wouldn't touch it personally, had three, yes three VTX3D 7770s fail.
