Good deal, personally I would get the E840 and sell it and buy this phone or another of my choice as if you get the E840 you get your cashback much quicker.

t&c's:

£480 - 6,8,10,12

12 Months FREE
Send your 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill, to us and we will credit you by cheque with £48 (month 6), £96 (month , £144 (month 10) and £192 (month 12).

This will save you £480.00 over the duration of the contract. In effect this means that your average line rental per month over a 12 month period is £0.00 per month.

Please note: the above calculations are based on the basic line rental of the tariff and do not include itemised billing.

Important Information
Connection to a mobile phone network is subject to status, credit checking and entering into a service provider airtime contract.
To qualify for your Chequeback, you must:
Have a live contract with the network you were connected to at the time you purchased your qualifying contract handset and tariff
Have maintained continuous usage on this network and tariff up to and including the start of the qualification period
Have made full payment for the goods purchased at the point of connection.
Phones 4u cannot accept responsibility for applications lost or delayed in the post.
Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
All applications will be verified for eligibility upon receipt.
Phones 4u reserve the right to refuse to accept applications at our sole discretion.
When your claim is processed, you will be sent a new claim form (where applicable) to enable you to process your next claim.
Any failed claim invalidates all future claims.
You should allow up to 30 days for your application to be processed.
Instructions issued and notified to you by Phones 4u from time to time form part of these terms and conditions. Any and all such variations will be deemed as though present at this time.
Phones 4u accepts no tax liability incurred by and individual or business relating to this offer.
You must provide Phones 4u the duly completed paperwork as specified in the ‘How to claim’ section of the Claim Form within 60 days of the valid claim date.
All copies of requested documentation must be legible in order to process your claim.
The original Chequeback Claim Form must be used for redemption purposes.
Non-identical handset exchanges will invalidate all Chequeback redemptions.
Phones 4u’s Chequeback promotion is a Phones 4u offer and is separate from the contract agreed between you and your chosen network airtime provider.

Looks like a good deal to me. Voted HOT!

If you could just port your number it would be perfect.......
#5
you can
#6
It says you cannot port your number to a vodafone contract on the phones4u website. Is that wrong then?
#7
Only crap thing is that one failed claims invalidates all the others!
