I think that this is about the going rate for this item. My other half paid this for the same model over Christmas for me. Good bit of kit by the way. I bought her the Pen and Touch which was embarrasing - for HER!!

Which model? Wacom make several in the Bamboo series

Have now looked on the Amazon site and it appears to be the CTL460EN which is one of Wacom's cheeper offering.

John Lewis are doing this at £39.95 wth Free Delivery

PC World, Currys & Dixons are all at £39.99 with Free Delivery

This isn't the one with the capacitive touch screen, and its been this price since February when I ordered it. Its still probably one of the best pen tablets at this price though, I'm very impressed with it.

Spend a bit more for the Pen and Touch, it has twice the pressure sensitivity, on par with the Intuos 4 which is a ridiculous deal. Although it is small!

Exactly what I paid a month or so back. Pretty much the going rate. Does that make it a hot deal?
#8
price has gone up a bit then, I got mine off Amazon last year for £34.99

These are quite good - bought 10 of them for my school - better than the Trust ones at around the same price which feel a lot cheaper. These should last a while.

No hot deal, been this price for ages

My department has been running 45 of these for a year also and we haven't had one fail. Much more durable than my intuos 3 which has issues with its usb cable.
