Tempted by this.Good reviews, good price.
Been waiting for the Philips 6990 to drop below £20 for months, but it hasn't.
Patience wearing thin so may well go for this instead.

I wouldn't wait, I bought the Philishave Hq6990 over a year ago and i was so disappointed, it was to replace my previous Philishave which i had for almost 8 years, It was so inferior to my old one, I would avoid it if i was you.

Just checked and as above I bought the Hq6990 when it was £15 and don't like it at all I used a foil remington before and it was much better.
I have ordered the Wahl and will then keep the philips as a spare, take my advice and grab one of these because the reviews are very good.

i bought one one these a year ago and i am very happy with it would highly recommend buying this at this price bargain.....

I didn't wait.Went and bought it 5 mins after my post :)
Cost me £17.50 and not £17.99, so even better!

Shaver arrived on Saturday.Very pleased with it.Gives a good close shave.
Price now down to £17.00 so OP might want to change info.
