The newspapers adverts for this are a clean dig at M&S with their graphics for "(1)" "(2)" "(3)" "(4)" components - ie very very very similar presentation to M&S's similar "components" offering (M&S without dessert and wine!)

There is a lot of advertising rivalry between the two!
Personally have to say I've typically been more impressed with the M&S Dine for £10, than the Waitrose ones - though the sanctimonious 5p carrier bag fine at M&S makes me dislike them and shopping there!

Oh I will be going for this love Waitrose food its such good quality and IMO is far better quality than what you get at m&s these days.
