The lass and I were tootling 'round Leeds gathering some snap, and (after an altercation with a disgruntled driver parked outside), we found that Fulton's (owned by Jack) were sellin' Waitrose' Le Gruyere at a right steady quid-a-pop! He's some chat about it from't official site;
From the Lignieres Dairy, in the Canton of Neuenburg. Made using traditional methods and aged to a minimum of 10 months, to produce a full, piquant cheese with a rich after taste. Ideal for cheeseboards and cooking.
Made using unpasteurised cows milk.
Strenght 3. Medium.
^^^^ look at that! Waitrose went'n spelt 'strength' wrong! Daft southerners.
Anyway, we got our sen's three of the buggers, and are now about to experience proper swiss cheese induced dreamin'. Bangin'!
