Hot, especially for the in spring water ones. Normally they only put the brine and sunflower oil on offer. Will be getting to my local store tomorrow to stock up.

Its all about the PROTEIN !

It is all about the protein. Its just a shame whats happened to the price of tuna over the last year. Its exploded. Back in april, sainsburys were selling cans imported from ecuador at 35p a can. I was literally placing my arm on the shelf and sweeping every can into the trolley. Now they dont sell it anymore and even their branded stuff is at 85p per can.

Whats interesting is the tuna frozen loins havent fluctuated much in price so along with cod steaks/fillets i rotate between those options

Still hot tho!

The John West ones have added salt in anyway, which to my eyes makes them brine also. Morrison's own and Princes have no added salt. I wish I'd paid more attention now, as Sainsbury's had the 4 pack of Princes in spring water on offer yesterday.

Ah yes, January! The guilt ridden month when everyone signs up to an annual gym membership, only to use it for the first 3 weeks of the year! Funny that you never see many gym membership offers at this time of year?

A female friend of mine pays £50 a month and visits her gym about 4 times a year - just so that she can proudly tell others she has a gym membership??? Definitely a woman thing!!

For anyone not so concerned about the brand and ok with Tuna in brine/oil, my local netto had tins of tuna at 45p today.
