Many of these cereals are also in the Waitrose Pick Your Own offers and among these are the 1kg packs of Waitrose Banana Papaya & Honey Oat Clusters. The packs are £2.00 each, so £1.60 each on PYO. This means 2 packs will cost £3.20 with the multibuy discount of £1.00 bringing the price down to £2.20.

Have you taken the pyo discount off twice?

£2 + £2 = £4 - 20% = £3.20 - £1 offer = £2.20

Thanks for this. Yes, you're quite right and I've now amended the original post. It still looks like a good deal though.

Looks good - is this in-store too or just online?

Have you actually tried this? I added a particular bag of muesli to my Pick You Own list today, bought two and it only took 50% off the second - no Pick You Own discount applied.

I haven't had the chance to try this yet, but I'll do so tomorrow and report back.

This sounds nice, thanks.

Just to confirm that this deal works as expected. They didn't have these packs in stock at my local store, but I'd foreseen this eventuality and also added the 1kg packs of Blueberry and Cranberry Granola to my PYO list. These packs are £2.50 each and I got £1.25 off for the cereal offer and £1.00 off for the PYO offer, leaving £2.75 to pay.

I think the reason people are having trouble with Pick Your Own selections is that you need to confirm your picks before exiting. Just selecting them isn't enough.

Good deal but shame about the high sugar content

Agreed, and the previous PYO deal for Alpro no sugar added had milk whey added there. Have to stick to regular oats I suppose

Despite my high sugar comment I got a couple of these last night. Tried some this morning over some Weetabix and they are tasty. However I can definitely taste the sugar so these will be an occasional treat.
