If you can cast aside the supplier, it's not a bad deal, and not a bad spec for what you get from the phone. There are better dual screen phones however they're double the price.

Yes, I thought I had seen this posted on here before.

Make sure your network will work with this before ordering as the LTE coverage seems pretty limited. But a very interesting, different phone for the wonga.

Edit: are the specs on Gearbest wrong? Just checked willmyphonewaork and seems like all the UK LTE bands are covered?

For example? I am desperate for an update for my Yotaphone 2 with a newer android version since I cracked my screen.

Android 4.4!?

Excellent idea for a phone. Now if they only made this in a 6" or near version, I'd dump my iPhone 6+ for it in a heartbeat!

There's a worldwide and a China version, this is likely the China version which indeed doesn't support many LTE bands.

I have one which I bought 3 months ago. It has spent half of that refusing to even turn on. The sound doesn't seem to work either. So there is no ringtone or speaker for watching films, etc.
I may be just unlucky, but I wasn't impressed by the quality.

Good point. According to Kimovil, alliexpress sell the International version for less anyway but who knows?

No speaker, seriously? A phone that can't ring?

I don't think that is actually stocked anywhere. Likewise, you can't get the Oukitel U6 dual screen phone anywhere. The only alternative to the Yotaphone seems to be an iPhone with a popSlate case (or just strap a Kindle to the back of your phone).

I ordered a Yotaphone 2 a few weeks ago - took about 3 weeks to arrive from Gear Best & I've only only had a quick play so far - on first impression the phone is nice but the e-ink screen is a little faded out - and I need to do some geekery to update the Chinese rom to a Russian one for the latest updates.
