£7.99 @ GAME
Spotted these in Burton On Trent Game, I'm guessing it's national? I've had a quick look online and this seems to be the cheapest I could find. I hope this helps people. Read More

I believe these are the "cheapest" because they're the only place that does this sort of thing. It's aimed at beginners and is a more basic version than the full thing that Games Workshop Sells. From what i've seen they come partially assembled/are more limited in terms of pieces, at least some of the other Battle For Vedros stuff is.

Obviously if you just want stuff to play W40K and don't care so much about the lack of customization with the kit then it's a great choice anyway.

EDIT: nevermind, just realised it's in-store and possibly store-specific

I searched several places online and they sold the same things but for about £5 more, and even more expensive at GW.

I don't think this is officially sold anywhere else.

Like i said, the one sold by GW is not the same as what this is and i can't find anything about the Battle for Vedros sets being sold anywhere other than GAME.

oh okay so is that kind of a watered down version of the others?

Yeah, i'm not sure how it applies to these two vehicles exactly but the other Battle for Vedros stuff at least is much simpler in terms of parts and customizability than the usual kits. They're meant to just be something easy for new players to put together and play W40K.

That's why they have the "battle for Vedros" name and it isn't just GAME selling standard W40K kits, it's an exclusive product line to get people interested without overwhelming them with the large amount of parts per kit you usually get and stuff like that.
