Out of these 2, the Indesit.
I've currently got a Beko and don't like it at all.

I need at least 6kg wash load...
Good choice, I bought that one for the same price from Currys a few weeks ago when it was on offer, so far so good, the "Economy" washes seem to work very well, the "Xpress Super Short" does a load in 14 minutes, at 30C, although only at 600 spin.
Still can't get over the size of the door, damned things like a portal to another universe it's that big!
It also opens 180 degrees near as damnit, my old Hotpoint on the other hand opened a tad over 45.
I work for a company that used to supply quality components to Indesit (when they were Hotpoint/Creda), but we were dropped when price became the defining quality - provided the machine lasts longer than the warranty, it will do as far as these companies are concerned.
i can't complain really.
That said, I have a Bosch which was just £229 so they aren't always mega-money.
Having said that, provided you pay for an extended warranty, you should protect yourself from any major problems, but the cost of the warranty needs to be budgeted for in the total price.
I'd say go for the Beko.
But if you afford a Bosch then get a Bosch.
