Great value if you have some vouchers lying around.

Second hand I assume

People will frown at CeX, but considering its £12 this deal deserves heat.

Given the 360 & PS3 versions are still £20, great deal.

I enjoyed it personally, I know it got a bit of stick for not being quite the leap it was suggested to be early on, but it's still plenty good for £12.

It's ok I guess for 12 quid there's a fair amount of content the stealth sections are similar to splinter cell
#7
Wow, looks like I am going to spend that voucher that I've had for months :) thanks OP!

Great game, i personally didn't know anything about this game prior to buying it, so I was not part of the overhyped brigade. But I really loved it and can't wait until the sequel

Understandable considering their past history but our local one (Franchise) is very good, all the games/DVD's we get are as new and yet to have any issues, happy for any inspection of anything and staff are good and as they price match trades as well....a bonus.

Good price OP, it was £15 at the weekend. local store has lots of copies to shift...

heat :3

Great price! If I wasn't trying to go digital this generation I'd be jumping on that, I rented it and it's a really fun game, only complaint I had was the driving and considering I was comparing it to gtav it had a tough act to follow so yeah basically good game, not a ton of replay value but well worth every penny of £12

Heat!

driving is a complete mess and many hated it because it was hyped so much ...but i enjoyed it and for £12 its a bargain imo.
#14
Good price - I guess I'd say it's what it is worth.

I felt so mugged off by Ubisoft buying this on launch, but sold it quick enough after completion to claw the money back.

It's by no means a bad game, it's just not even remotely close to how great Ubisoft made out it was going to be.

As was said before, driving was a mess, physics of driving felt PS2-era.

Tempting - ul complete unity first loving it
#16
I couldn't even get £12 selling it. smh
#17
Last time I went into CEX, one entire shelf was taken up with the game. I had to laugh.
#18
Anyone know why the one/ps4 versions are going down faster than the ps3/360 ones? I'd likely pick it up if it was this price for the 360

Because no one is buying last gen games?

I bought it for the 360 and enjoyed it, maybe my expectations were not so high with playing it on the last gen.
Anywhoo, I figure it's because there are simply more new gen copies going spare so supply & demand etc.

Absolute no brainer at this price, absolute steal!
#22
worth a go :)
#23
Very tempted but I already have quite a few games to play through so should leave it for now.
#24
I found it very derivative, unimaginative and tedious, but heat for the price.
#25
good,thanks
#26
Is it likely that the price will go up in CEX?

They tend to vary week by week, might go up or down by a pound or two.

I want this on ps3 for my son. Can't find it cheap anywhere

If you can i'd suggest getting any version but the PS3 one. It's a very poor port with framerate issues and texture glitches all over the place.

It's hard to figure out why the last gen games are holding their money. I'm guessing that global sales of the Xbox 360 have hit the 100 million mark, and the PS3 the same. I don't know the sales figures of the PS4 and Xbox One but they are nowhere near the sales of last gen and won't be for a long time if not ever. It would make sense that there is a much larger market for last gen because of their customer base but at the same time I'm sure that developers have no interest whatsoever in putting much effort into last gen versions anymore.
Fifa 14 on the Xbox One felt like a higher resolution port of the 360 version but it's obvious that Fifa 15 was made from the ground up for the Xbox One, and a "token" version was made for the 360. The same would apply to the PS4 and PS3.

When I first heard the announcements about next gen consoles my fear was that I'd be looking at £50 upwards for every new game. It seemed a little bit like that at the start, but I was happy to buy a new copy of Murdered Soul Suspect for the Xbox One for £9.99 new this week. It might not be fantastic but I never imagined summer releases of Xbox One or PS4 games to be under a tenner by Christmas. It's very good for the consumer, and also very good that Microsoft didn't get their way with their DRM policy.

Could this possibly end up being a PS plus/Xbox games for gold soon?

I'm personally holding out for that scenario but heat for this price.
#32
Paid £20 for the PS4 version a month ago so this is a scorching deal!
#33
I'm amazed it's dropped this low so quickly.
Hot deal!
#34
Disgusting at the cost they buy at and the price they sell at

the game is awful.
#36
Physco if you think these are bad check out GAME for trade in prices and see what they then sell for, makes this lot look not too bad tbh
#37
Are the PS4 exclusive missions on the disk or via code?
#38
Still not played GTA 5 yet (still shrink wrapped).
To line up my next game, would you pick this or Assassins Creed Black Flag, that is around the same price?
Also being a PC user coming to console, does this have any aim assist or is it brutal to someone who ain't so quick at aiming with the sticks!? (thanks in advance for any input)

I would imagine CEX are taking a loss on this price as a lot of the copy's were probably brought at a much higher price as the game flopped/crashed in price so quick

as for the game brought it on pre order played it for 4 hours decided i never wanted to be ripped off by this crap sold it on fleabay next day for most my money back then 4-5 mouths latter brought for £15 second hand and completed it.
it does start to get better than the slow start and i would describe it as nothing more than a decent game but for £12 from CEX where people who go there a lot normally have some unwanted tat to sell it's a great price

I really enjoyed this game, thankfully i played it a long time after the hype died down. Its very much a ubisoft game, and with that you get all the good bits as well as the bad bits.
