I think there will be plenty, you're going to need an electrician to fit it unless you already have an outdoor outlet and need a replacement.

MPs have insufficient technical competence to make effective judgements on legislation regarding DIY wiring.

A lot of people wanting an outdoor facility will buy these, either not knowing or not caring that they should be competently installed, whether professionally or otherwise. But the same goes for any electrical work, whether within the ambit of the unnecessarily restrictive Part P regs or not.
