IF the deal was for a 3.5" drive you might have been right, HOWEVER you're wrong :p , this is a "portable" i.e. 2.5" drive (without the need for a power adapter), therefore currently you're looking at around £59 for a 500gb version and you can't get 1tb 2.5" drives (that I am aware of).

As it is .. this is about the standard price for a 320gb portable drive (there are a few deals in Sainsbury's for a 250gb version for £30, but they are few and far between). Other 320gb drives available are the iomega at Tesco for around the same price (I bought one for £44.97) and I picked up a 500gb seagate portable from Tesco for £49.97, but that deal has now finished.

Heat added as I'm sure the above poster voted cold
Sorry I stand corrected
I bougt the Aldi 500Gb for £55 a few weeks ago, but I see that
as gone op to £60 now, so think this is a decent deal.
