Good price for this. This is a duplicate of a deal from April, but can't see how you un-expire the old one or notify someone to do so...

Anyway, price is back and sun is out... hope it helps someone.

Good price but 47 is just too small for a half decent BBQ

Rubbish. It all depends on how many you are cooking for. I have a small BBQ and a large BBQ - my small (bucket size) BBQ probably gets used on average twice a week for just my girlfriend and I. Plenty of space just to cook for us.

However, if it is for more people then the big one comes out of the garage.

Oh yeah......I'll shut up now

It's not gas - just they're having some identity crisis with describing it.
Great grills these - the 57cm one I have has lasted well for about 3 years now. Still looks brand new.

How many people have a BBQ for two people?

I don't have the statistics i'm afraid - but I use my 'two person' BBQ 2-3 times a week.

are these really worth the price over a 'bog standard' kettle type bbq? Just wondering...
#19
You get what you pay for. The cheaper it is the more likely it is to fall apart and/or cut you to ribbons.

I'm surprised stek2010 had one that lasted 3 years - they should last far longer than that!

Leaving it out uncovered all year would see it off quite quickly...

I saw them a couple of weeks ago when I was in Glasgow and didn't pay attention to the price!!

If I'd have known they are that cheap I'd have bought one
#24
Weber are generally good but this one is not. Doesn't give a good even hear like the original kettle shaped ones.
#25
I would pay extra and get one with a temperature dial - very useful indeed - if your clueless about bbq's like me it is really usefully know when the bbq has hit a good temperature so you know the food is cooking ok - I bought the 57cm Weber premium for around 150 - it is a great bbq - heat added for the price for this one though.

It just looks the same as the one i got from Tesco for £17.50 and the one from Asda for £20?

That's what I mean! I bbq for two, because there are two of us :)

We regularly have a BBQ for 2. Got the weber smokey joe which can easily cook for between 3-4. If I have friends coming round the 57cm weber premium comes out. If I'm feeling confident ill hook up the electric rotisserie that fits on the weber and spit roast 2 chickens. Delicious...

Thanks OP

I actually got it from the Calor gas link someone posted, and used the BBQ5OFF50 code for £5 off :) Think that makes it the best price around. Maybe someone can add to the original post.
#32
^Which comes to £49.98, plus 5% Quidco

Very much so. I'm not one for paying for names but after no end of good reports about Webers and having gone through a number of cheap similar looking ones I bought a 57. Asides from obvious signs of use internally it looks as good as new 3 years down the line.

How are people getting the Premium price matched from Go Outdoors?

Think someone got it for £140 which is a terrific price. Thanks.
