How much is postage ?

Just go through checkout and it will show you, but on average for me in the past it has been around £4 to the UK.

Not worth getting just 1 item for $2 then, but as long as your order is under £18 you will have NO import charges to pay, just the postage to Amazon.com.

i know it sounds obvious but just in case someone doesnt pick up on it, might be worth mentioning that all dvds/blu rays will be US region so will not work on some UK players. Also I know some collectors like to stick with UK region stuff so just thought I'd mention it.

EDIT: Im not 100% sure as to whether the blu rays in the offer are region free or not. Either way I think its worth mentioning.

yeah it does give you that warning on the amazon site also when you get to the checkout...

I think you will find that most cheap supermarket DVD players are region free so will play Region 1 DVD's, but check yours does first.

Secondly NOT all Blu-Rays are Region locked, most are Region free, but to see if the Blu-Ray you want to buy is Region Free or not then check this site HERE.

Also it has been bought to my attention that the £18 duty free limit on importing goods to the UK has now been increased to £105, the article is HERE.

Also a true collector would not limit themselves to just UK Region 2 DVD's as you usually find that the American Region 1 films are normally always Uncut and sometimes even unrated while we in the UK have to put up with the nanny state of the BBFC.

all im doing is giving some advice, no need to try to prove me wrong mate im not trying to bruise your blu ray ego.. i dont think what you would class as a 'true collector' really comes into it. I know for a fact a lot of people on this site prefer to stick to UK region blu rays and seen as you didnt mention that the blu rays and dvds on offer werent UK region copies, I thought I should mention it.

Seem to have gotten a bit carried away in the process of ''protecting'' your deal. I would have voted hot to keep you happy but the deal has already been posted.

Seems a bit obvious they are not UK as it is Amazon.com and not Amazon.co.uk and also all the prices are in $.

Also considering after doing a search on this site there does not seem to be a duplicate thread, where exactly did you see this similar post...?

ADVANCED SEARCH. Not prepared to help you more than that to be honest. My help has already brought about a B*tchFit for no apparent reason.

Good luck with your next deal

Sounds like your making it up if you can't be bothered to post the same deal that you claim you found.

Good attempt to save face though. :whistling:

It's an american thing I believe they have them before Thanksgiving and the biggest deals are usually on electrical items like large screen TV's and computers.

It would be a nice tradition to start in the UK as well.
