I booked this EXACT trip for myself and my girlfriend last november as a romantic getaway (most males are saying 'GAY' at their computer screens right now - I know!)

It may not seem like such a deal at first but look into it and you can see that the eurostar times are arriving in Paris at 10.17am and leaving Paris at 6.43pm. This means you get four FULL days there.

The price includes a discount of £50 as well as a free night which was originally £103.66. So in total its £153.66 off - which is pretty decent.

Now I know Paris isn't everyones favorite but I know some people will be looking for deals with partners so this is why i'm posting this.

The hotel Montcalm is a nice, small cosy hotel. I stayed there last time. It is a bit like the UK's version of Premier Inn. Easy access to the sights by metro. Cresta is a very good company to travel with as well.

Oh and it also includes breakfast, which is continental and pretty good actually!
just thinking.....nice to go with wife...can you find any cheaper...?
Right, I just clicked the link and it appears to not be working.

If you select the following options on the right hand side of the screen it will take you to the deal:

Eurostar and Hotel
London St Pancras
29th July 2011
3 Nights
Early Morning
1 Room
2 Adults

Any problems let me know

Yes there are two cheaper hotels you can opt for:

Nord Est which is £281.86 in total or;
Ambassade which is £348.50.

Reason I opted for this one is because I have stayed here in the past. Hope this is the helpful?
Nice thanks

I reckon going without the wife would be cheaper. Although taking the long-term view, replacing entire wardrobes of shredded clothes, getting the car resprayed after an "accidental" acid spill and indeed divorce proceedings are all very expensive.

Great deal, either way.

maybe you could stay over the prix de l'arc weekend and treat the missus to a day at the races...
