Although hardly subtle - there is a very valid point in there. Habitual eating is a huge cause of obesity. Changing eating habits, patterns and food types will reap huge benefits. Stop eating this processed ****, wake up the tastebuds and most importantly learn about food.

Anyone who thinks that eating food according to a points scheme is a long term healthy way of living does need a reality check. Since bringing out their food range weight-watchers seems to me more like a self-advertising, self-promoting and money-making cult rather than the forum for like minded people to achieve their goals through support and education, like it should be.
