  It's just baked differently to contain more air and give the illusion of eating more than you actually are. It used to be called Sprite in the past, and was similar to the national (and tasteless) brand of Nimble.
  
  Of course many of those on diets would be better off not convincing themselves that they are eating small meals and then eating a shed load of biscuits in between meals.
