Newcastle fan here (for my sin's etc.) Hot from me, looks like a good deal. No kids and no intention of attending, but good deal! Why the cold votes??

Oh, bad link might not be helping!!!

Newcastle United fan here. Who will be attending on Saturday. Paid £150.00 for 3 Adults 2 Childrens tickets.
This offer should also be available to away supporters I paid £21.00 each for child tickets. Hot for West Ham supporters. But for me a defo COLD!

How can West Ham expect to fill the Olympic stadium when they can't even fill Upton Park?

They can and do pretty much every week. The 5.15pm kick offs are never as popular as they are at an awkward time and also on TV.

ALL other teams take advantage of Newcastle's GUARANTEED large following - some even INCREASE the cost for away fans for the odd game, like NUFC Man U Liverpool and maybe one or two more. Not because NUFC are a guaranteed pull, they're not (Liverpool are heading the same way) but because NUFC fans ALWAYS turn up. Even in the darkest days, they'll be there. Lesser numbers but still more than 95% of the rest of the Prem.

You'll never get reductions for away fans when it's Newcastle.
Which is completely at odds with the sneering of some other teams towards Newcastle fans (the ones who let the football "journalists" do their thinking for them)
Its not just West Ham. They need to cajole their fans - they don't need to cajole NUFC fans. They'll be there as they always are (and as ever, slagged off by the daily rags for being so loyal)

Good deal this for young Hammers.

All clubs should be doing this though, given how much it costs to get to these games.

Spent a few seconds trying to work out why anyone other than absolute football nerds would be interested in this until I spotted the comma and parsed it correctly as "cheap tickets for U16's to see West Ham vs Newcastle" as opposed to the definitely more obscure "cheap tickets to see West Ham U16s vs Newcastle U16s"!

Wrong.. didn't bring many to the Liberty last season. Putting it in capitals doesn't make it right.

Or is this a case of convenient manipulation of memory ?
I watched that on the telly, and they looked to have as many as YOUR lot in your own ground - allied to which, you can only sell as many as your given
(Swansea and Cardiff as as good as most Prem teams in numbers brought to SJP it has to be said - I don't suffer from selective memory, you see)

    Absolutely 100% agree
It going to have to happen, though
Attendances are falling. (Even Newcastle and Liverpool - and Man U's will start doing too, soon enough)
You can't have 2 or 3 teams winning everything, and expect fans to continue with no hope of winning anything.
The daft thing is - the same rags who sneer at Rangers/Celtic domination SUPPORT donination of English league by THEIR clubs.
