Western Digital 120GB Passport V2 External USB 2.0 2.5" Hard Drive just £69.99 Delivered!
Reposting once again because it's a good deal and is now reduced further in price. However, it is a good price for a portable drive to use with Windows 2000 and XP. At £69.99 including free delivery for 120Gb of USB powered data storage, it's worth having close at hand for use with your laptop or transporting files from PC to PC.
UPDATE: Contrary to the reviews on Amazon, this DOES work with MacOS X and Apple Mac's. For more info please read the thread in the forum by clicking on "Comments" from the front page.

[/COLOR]Pack up your office files and take them home. Carry thousands of songs or pictures. These drives are simple to use, light and easy to carry, and require no power adapter - they are powered directly through the USB cable.Installation is a snap because you don't really "install" this drive; you just plug it in and it's ready to use. There is no CD to install; the included software loads from the drive the first time you plug it in. Powered by the USB bus, so no separate power supply needed. This ultra-portable drive fits easily in your pocket or purse, weighs only a few ounces and holds tons of valuable data.

Won't let me rep you, sorry Rayman.
Lol, Yep converting avi/xvid/divx to WMV makes pretty large files, soon fills up a 40GB hard drive. It seems to have also screwed up the drive and now the Xbox won't recognise the WMV files after I reformatted it. Probably will work out a fix, but need more storage and this is a good excuse to buy a new storage device.
What software do you use to convert to WMV files out of interest?
No chance. Not unless you get it modified, which will screw your warranty and possibly cause problems with XBox Live.
Thought as much, oh well I'm back off to my dream world........:-D
Also worth noting that Amazon have now added a 160gb WD 2.5" Passport drive to their site
The 160GB is £127 though!! Almost double the price for an extra 40GB...I don't need them that bad.

I use River Past Video Cleaner, which I found on the net( cough, cough). Works well but takes ages and doubles the size of the file. If you use it crank the encoding to max quality to get best results. Think I need to get a Quad core for all the encoding I do. :)

Unlike my other Bulky 160GB USB this one is powered from the USB port so no need to carry around that bulky power brick anymore.
I use mine for taking project work home, holding video files & for portable apps.
You can also boot to them.
